Choose from a huge range of virtual Reformer Pilates workouts, pop on your noise-cancelling headphones and enjoy your own Reformer station in a beautiful, supportive women-only space. From deep core and spicy glutes to full-body strength, mobility and slower movement days, there is a workout to suit every kind of day.

iReformer offers flexible member access, subject to current membership, booking and induction conditions. Our friendly instructors are available during selected staffed hours to help you feel confident, supported and comfortable using the studio.
