Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Our studio offers a unique combination of features including a women's-only environment, 24/7 access, personal kiosks with Australia's largest virtual Reformer Pilates library & noise-cancelling headphones attached to each machine for a distraction-free experience. We currently have well over 750 classes to choose from!

Also, members have the ability to use the machines to craft their own workouts if they prefer, rather than following an instructor lead group class.

Absolutely! iReformer is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Our virtual classes provide easy-to-follow guidance, and our team is always available to help you get set up. You’ll move at your own pace and gain confidence with each session!

24/7 access allows members to work out on their own schedule, without being limited by traditional studio hours. Whether it's early morning, late at night, or somewhere in between, members can access the studio whenever it's convenient for them.

The On-Demand classes are accessible through individual kiosks, which contain every level of exercise - from beginner to advanced, pre & postnatal, stretch & strength, athletic, physio-led, recovery and more. The kiosks provide a seamless experience and our instructors will lead you through it in your orientation with us.

Yes! You can absolutely use your own headphones, simply by connecting via Bluetooth. If you need any help pairing them, our team is happy to assist.

Wear comfortable, stretchy activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety—they help you stay stable on the Reformer and prevent slipping. If you don’t have a pair, we have some available for purchase at the studio.
