At iReformer, you can come in whenever, hop on a reformer, pick a workout from over 800 instructor-led videos, pop your noise-cancelling headphones on, and dive right in!   • Nearly every movement in Pilates engages the muscles in the centre of your body, known as the core (these muscles don't get a whole lot of action in everyday life), which helps to improve both posture and balance. 
  • Like any form of exercise, Pilates is a stress reliever, as during every flow, you are asked to focus on your breath and reconnect to your body, allowing you to block out any external noise, at least for the duration of your workout.
